Terms of service

T-Guru provides symbolic readings for adults aged 18 or over. The personal reading entry flow requires an explicit age confirmation. Keep your account information accurate, protect your sign-in details and use only an account you are entitled to access.

Personal reading tools require sign-in, a verified email address, service access and enough credits for the cost shown in the tool. Public tarot meanings can be browsed separately.

AI-generated readings can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or unsuitable. Tarot, astrology, photo readings and other symbolic interpretations are not reliable evidence about personality, health, relationships or future events.

These services do not provide medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency support. Do not rely on a reading for a decision that needs qualified professional judgment.

Review the current credit cost and access conditions inside a tool before submitting a request. Prices and availability can differ between services. A welcome gift or zero-credit reading applies only when the current offer and your eligibility allow it; signing up alone is not a guarantee.

Credit packages are presented in Billing and payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. Review the package, amount and currency before paying. Returning to a success page is not proof that credits have been delivered: credits appear after payment is verified and delivery is completed.

A checkout may remain pending while confirmation or delivery is being resolved. Check its status before creating another purchase. A page redirect alone does not confirm a credit purchase.

A reading receipt tracks the request, its credit deduction, the saved result and any credit return. If a request is interrupted, check the original receipt and recovery controls in your profile before starting again.

Safe recovery can check or complete an existing operation. The original operation records its credit deduction and any eligible reading-credit return once; recovery does not add another deduction. An uncertain provider outcome is not automatically rerun, and some cases require review. A credit return to your reading balance is separate from a refund of money paid through Stripe.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for a digital service that is not delivered or does not conform to the contract. Any cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights required by applicable law continue to apply.

Submit only content you are allowed to use. Respect other people’s privacy and obtain the necessary permission before submitting their photos or personal information.

Do not use the service unlawfully, impersonate others, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls or attempt to manipulate credits or payments.

You decide whether to act on a reading. The limitations explained here do not exclude liability or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Review the privacy and data controls for provider processing, browser storage, analytics and deletion limits. Optional usage tracking requires a confirmed consent choice. Declining it does not block account, credit or reading services.

Archive retains a saved report privately. Permanent deletion and account deletion have different scopes. If you share a report, anyone with the link can read its full content; revoking access cannot retrieve copies already obtained.
