These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and T-Guru ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the T-Guru website and application.

By accessing the App, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the App and you must discontinue use immediately.

You acknowledge that any use of our programs, chart services, or reports is at your own discretion and risk. t-guru.com assumes no responsibility for decisions made based on information from our services. In no event shall t-guru.com be liable for damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, or incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Certain features of the App require the purchase of "Credits."

• Purchases: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the App.
• No Refunds: All purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• Credit Usage: Credits are deducted at the time a service is requested. If a service fails due to a technical error on our end, credits may be refunded to your account balance at our discretion.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You will not upload any images that are offensive, illegal, or infringe upon the rights of others.

We use Google Analytics to automatically collect technical information (such as browser type, device information, and pages visited) to improve our services. We also use a basic internal cookie to track items added to your cart; it serves no other purpose.

Our platform is not intended as a permanent storage solution. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any charts or personal data entered into the system.
