This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our website and application, T-Guru (the "App"), and any related services, sales, marketing, or events.

Personal Information You Disclose to Us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the App, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when you participate in activities on the App, or otherwise when you contact us.

• Personal Data: Name, email address, and authentication credentials (via Google or Email/Password).
• Birth Data: Date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth (for Astrology services).
• Payment Data: We do not store credit card details. All payment data is stored by our payment processor, Stripe.

Uploaded Media (Images)

For services such as Facial Analysis and Palm Reading, you may upload images.

Contextual Memory & Archiving

Our "Smart Context" feature remembers key details (like relationships or life themes) to improve your future readings. You have control over this data:

• Active Memory: Data used to personalize your AI insights.
• Archived Memory: You can "archive" a relationship (e.g., an ex-partner) in your Profile. This "soft-deletes" the data: we accept the record securely to allow you to restore it later, but strictly block our AI from accessing or using it in any future readings.

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

• To facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To deliver services to the user: Using your birth data for astrology charts or your inputs for tarot readings.
• To manage user accounts.
• To send administrative information to you.

Third-Party Processors

We use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate our App:

• Google Firebase: For authentication, database, and hosting services.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing.
• AI Technology Provider: For generating AI-based insights and reports. All data processing is subject to strict privacy standards.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right:

• To request access and obtain a copy of your personal information.
• To request rectification or erasure;
• To restrict the processing of your personal information;

You can access, update, or delete your personal information directly within your account settings on the "Profile" page.

• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account at any time via the "Danger Zone" in your Profile. This action removes your profile, saved reports, and login credentials.
• Financial Record Retention: For accounting and legal compliance, we retain anonymized transaction records (amount, date, type) even after account deletion. These records are stripped of your name and email address.
